Specialized in Seamless Gutters
Sunnyside has been in the business for years, helping Homeowners get over the rain. We know Gutters.
Seamless Gutters
We at Sunnyside roll out your Gutters from an aluminum coil from thickness of .028″ to .032″.
Barring very special cases of restricted access, even a 100ft gutter would only have seams at the ends and/or corners.
Specialized in Gutters
It is always well-advised to have a specialized Gutter Contractor do work on your gutters.
Having a roofer do your gutters is ill-advised, as roofers do NOT specialize in Gutters. This results in gutters that are installed improperly.
Solar-Powered for Efficiency
We at Sunnyside use solar power to produce our Gutters. All our equipment and tools are powered by the Sun.
This means no huge cords to roll out, and no worries about getting Gutters installed on your off-grid or remote buildings or after a storm.
We Know What’s Up
The most important thing in water drainage is slope. We at Sunnyside slope our Gutters at 1/2″ for every 10ft of gutter.
This ensures that water coming off your roof finds its way down and away from your house. This, in turn, ensures a much more stable foundation for your home.
We Also Know What’s Hanging
Our Gutters use hidden hangers for an aesthetically pleasing look. Our hidden hangers are placed at every 2 feet, ensuring that even if filled to the brim, your Gutters stay on your house.
It is always recommended to clean your Gutters out once a year or install a Gutter guard to keep out leaves and debris.
The Power of X
We at Sunnyside use the simplest and most tried-and-true methods in the business. We attach your Downspouts to your Gutters by cutting a simple X shape in the Gutter where it meets the Downspout.
This, in contrast with using an outlet cup, results in the water smoothly finding its way right down into the Spout. It also eliminates the need for sealant at the Downspout, helping water flow.
But Wait, There’s More
We don’t just stop at Gutters. We also work on Fascia Wood and Wrap, Drip-Edge, and Soffit as well. We also do small projects on a case-by-case basis,
so be sure to ask!
Fascia Wood and Wrap
Replacing your Fascia Wood and Wrap is important if they are damaged. Your Gutters attach to the Fascia Boards, so it is vital that they have strong, healthy wood to attach to.
Drip-Edge
Drip-Edge is what directs water past your Fascia and into your Gutters. Any problems with your Drip-Edge, or missing Drip-Edge, could spell disaster for your home’s Foundation.
Soffit
Soffit is what goes underneath your Fascia, and keeps the rafters covered. This prevents birds and insects from nesting inside the bays in between your home’s rafters, and also protects them from the elements.
Having Soffit that is in good condition is very important and also aesthetically pleasing.
